📦 Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email that your return has been received and approved or rejected
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (although all original orders ship free, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect)
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Watches with visible signs of use or damage
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
